On-Site Consultation –  We meet on site with all the project decision makers. We listen to your goals in order to understand your dreams. By asking questions and taking notes we will bring your ideas into better focus.  With your input, we can establish budgets to help drive the design process.

Design Phase:  If, after discussing your specific needs, we determine you need to proceed with a detailed design, our design team will prepare a design retainer contract to proceed. Your new design agreement will include detailed plans for your new project. The design retainer will include details and scope of work that will apply to your specific project. Upon approval of your new construction plans, a comprehensive proposal/contract will be provided.
